Interview with Ray Kurzweil
September 25, 2013
What will the future be like? On my radio show, I interviewed futurist Ray Kurzweil, winner of the National Science Award, and he tells us what the world will look like 10, 20, 30 years from now.
He says that the exponential increase in artificial intelligence and in miniaturization of technology will combine to radically change the human race, eventually taking tools like search engines and directional finders and merging them with human intelligence.
He foresees a time, perhaps 20 years from now, when the aging of our bodies, even of old people, progresses more slowly. This produces biological solutions to the problems that aging creates and will result in huge extensions of life expectancy. This interview will bend your mind!
