“I spent 50 years of my life thinking about how we think.” So the inventor, Ray Kurzweil, defined his career — now director of engineering at Google. Last year he achieved notoriety when he published his book How to Create a Mind, that explains how the brain works and how that model will be replicated in a machine in the future.
